- Minimum university graduate preferably in Business Management with an experience of minimum of four years in Life Insurance Company and not exceeding 45 years. Good communication and presents- Hon skills. Proficiency In computer applications is required.
- Reviews business plans, identify gaps, and ensure proactive measures to fill the capacity to meet set business targets of the region. Possess strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to meet these challenges & able to generate new life first premium business retaining existing ones.
2. Branch Manager Branch
Location : Kathmandu (Main Branch - Naxal)
Required No. :- 1 (One)
Qualifications, Job Descriptions, Skills, Experiences, and Attributes
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferably in Business Management with an experience of a minimum of three years in Life Insurance Company and not exceeding 40 years. Proficiency in computer applications is required.
- Able to generate new life first premium business along with retaining existing ones of the Branch, expand agency networks and manage agency distribution channels.
