EXPERIENCE:
For Officer Level - Micro Credit Department:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge of Micro Credit
For Officer Level - Regional Office:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge in various banking functions like Credit, Operation and Marketing
For Officer Level - Branch Manager:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant and progressive experience in Bank & Financial Institution including 2 years in supervisory role with sound knowledge of Credit, Operation and Deposit Marketing
