1. Management Trainee(MT): Required No. 25
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valle
» Minimum Qualification: Masters Degree (Preferably in Management or Economics) with minimum 60% or CGPA 3.25 out of 4 or equivalent from a recognized university.
» Applicant shall not exceed the age of 30 as of 22 January 2020.
2. Trainee Assistant(TA): Required No. 80
a) Modern Banking: Required No. 30
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
» Minimum Qualification: Intermediate in Management (10+2) (or equivalent) with a minimum of 50% from a recognized university or equivalent CGPA
> Applicant shall not exceed the age of 25 as of 22 January 2020.
b) Small and Micro Banking (SMB): Required No. 50
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
~ Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Preferably in Management or Economics) with minimum 45% from a recognized university or equivalent CGPA
» Applicant shall not exceed the age of 30 as of 22 January 2020.
3. Small & Micro Banking (SMB)- (Assistant to Supervisor): Required No. 30
for Inside/Outside Kathmandu Valley
» Minimum Qualification: Intermediate(Preferably in Management or Economics)
» Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience from Micro Finance/ Banking/ Financial Institutions or related field
> Applicant shall not exceed the age of 35 as of 22 January, 2020.
Instruction to Applicants:

» Preference shall be given to local candidates or candidates from the surrounding areas of the branch.
~ The position may be offered based on qualification & experience and functional position can be offered as per the requirement.

» Candidates with two wheeler license shall have an added advantage specially for the applicant of Small and Micro Banking(SMB)
» Applicants for Small and Micro Banking (SMB) must be willing to work in rural/remote areas and should have passion to work with rural farmers and small holding entrepreneurs for uplifting the income and economic status of marginal/deprived people.
