1 . Legal Department - Few (Head Office, Butwal)

Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in Law and Minimum 2 Years of banking experience.

2. Information Technology Department - Few (Head Office, Butwal)

For Junior Assistant and Above Level: Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Management or related field and Minimum 2 Years of experience in IT Department particularly in system, network and database administration. Banking experience shall be a plus point.

For Trainee Assistant (TA): Fresher, Age not exceeding 25 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelors' Degree in It

3. Relationship Officer/Manager - Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Economics or related field

3 Years of experience in BFI with minimum I-year exposure in Relationship Management

Sound knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and related Central Bank Directives and Circulars.

4. Credit Risk Department - Few (Head Office, Butwal)

Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management /Economics and minimum 1-year exposure in internal audit/credit/operations/compliance/risk or Fresher Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA.

5. Branch Manager - Few (Various Branches)

Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field

4 years' experience in BFI with minimum I-year exposure in Relationship Management and Branch Management

6. Operations Department - Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

Age not exceeding 35 years as on vacancy deadline with Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field.

2 years' experience in BFI with minimum 1-year exposure in Operations Management

7. Management Trainee - Few (Head Office & Various Branches)

Age not exceeding 30 years as on vacancy deadline with Master's Degree in Business Management, IT, Law or related field
