- Knowledge of Unix operating system
- Knowledge of relational database, PL/SQL will be added advantage

- Sound knowledge of network management, topology, routing and switching protocols and troubleshooting of communications hardware or software. (preference will be given those have BGP routing concept)
- Monitor day-to-day networking tasks to ensure network reliability, availability and serviceability within minimal interruption.
- Monitor, Integrate and customize network elements.
- Familiar with supported upgraded path for firmware upgrade version for all network devices and make records accordingly.
- Understanding with network KPI's
- Must have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
- Identify ways to improve the network performance.
- Fortinet/Cisco Os qualification desirable
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to adapt your approach/style to different situations and personnel.
- Evaluate the current network to identify areas that need to be enhanced or upgraded.
- In-depth knowledge of all networks, especially those used by the Bank.

- Firewalls - strong understanding of the principals and operation of stateful firewalls in general, and in particular the Cisco ASA range of devices.
- Security - Understanding the importance of security and the processes, architectures, and technical tools that are deployed to ensure security is maintained.
- Proficient in various programming languages, such as Python, C
- Minimum Plus 2 level completion with minimum 2nd Division, but preference shall be given to candidates who have completed Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Degree from recognized University with minimum 2nd Division
- Priority shall be given to candidates with experience in IT department of Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Age not less than 18 Years and not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female, as of 23rd December, 2021.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent Degree from recognized University with minimum 2nd Division
- Minimum 1 year of Experience in relevant area, priority shall be given to candidates with experience in IT department of Banks and Financial Institutions.
- Age not less than 18 Years and not exceeding 35 years in case of male and 40 years in case of female, as of 23rd December, 2021.
