1. Department head (Recovery)
Position: Officer
- No of vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Should have Bachelor's degree in Management/ Economics or Equivalent Degree from a recognized University.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Finance companies, handling the recovery department independently as department head.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years on the date of application.
2. Department head (Information Technology)
Position: Junior Officer
- No of vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Should have Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from a recognized University.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in Finance companies, handling the IT department independently as department head.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years on the date of application.
3. Department head (Human Resource)
Position: Supervisor
- No of vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Should have Bachelor's degree in Management/ Economics or Equivalent Degree from a recognized University.
- Experience: At least 2 years experience in Finance companies, handling the HR department independently as department head.
- Age: Not exceeding 30 years on the date of application.
The candidates are expected to have a smart personality, pleasant and cheerful nature with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and positive attitude.
Internal candidates will be given priority for the above positions for which the criteria will be as per the Employee Service Bye-lays of the company.
