Om Development Bank Limited, a well established Development Bank is looking for young, energetic and result-oriented professionals and business graduates to the following positions for its operating branches.
1. Position: Officer Level
No.: Few
Candidate's profile: The candidate should have-
- Bachelor's degree in management or equivalent, preferably a Master's degree in management from a recognized university.
- Experience in the relevant field shall be preferred.
- Should have good exposure in branch operation
- Should have knowledge of regulatory requirement including internal and external
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
2. Position: Assistant Level (Trainee Assistant - Supervisor)
No.: Few
Candidate's profile: The candidate should have-
- +2 in management or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor's degree in management from a recognized university.
- Experience in the relevant field shall be preferred above Trainee Assistant.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
For the above positions, candidates should have -
- Open, outspoken and absolutely service-minded personality;
- Impressive verbal and written communication skills both in Nepali and English;
- Strong interpersonal and team skills with the ability to develop effective relations within and outside the organization;
- Proficiency in the use of the computer (Word, Excel etc.). Additional knowledge on record-keeping and accounting software would be a plus;
