1. Position: Head-Recovery Department -1
- At least 6 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Credit especially in Recovery/NPA Management.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent from a recognized university.

2. Position: Branch Managers (BMs) -Few
- At least 4 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation, Credit and Marketing. Preference shall be given to those having exposure as Branch Manager in any BFIs.

3. Position: Operation In-charge-Corporate Branch (Biratnagar) -1
- At least 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Operation and Business Marketing. Preference shall be given to those who have already served as Ol in BFIs.

4. Position: Risk/Relationship Officers (ROs/RMs) - Credit- Few
- At least 3 years of work experience in bank or financial institutions with exposure in the areas of Credit and Marketing. Preference shall be given to those who have already served as RM-Credit/Risk Officers-Credit in BFIs. However; CA Final attended candidates having exposure in banking audit may also apply.

5. Position: Tr. Assistant (TA) (for Ilam, Hile, 6 No. Budhabare of Dhankuta, Tharpu of Panchthar, Jirikhimti of Terrhathum) - Few
- Minimum Plus 2/Proficiency Certificate Level from a recognized university with aggregate of 50% marks & proficient in MS-Office Package. However candidates having done graduation in management with aggregate of 50% marks shall be given priority. Prior banking experience with holder of driving license of two wheelers will be an added advantage.
- Successful candidates with satisfactory performance shall be posted as Jr.Assistant upon completion of trainee period.
