1. Branch In-Charge: Few
(For Kathmandu based existing and upcoming branches, Pokhara based branches, Tanahun based branch)
Required Competencies:
- Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of the current financial market.
- Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
- At least 3 years of working experience in Banking & Financial Institutions. Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent (Preferably Master Degree)
2. Relationship Officers- Few
(For Kathmandu based existing and upcoming branches, Pokhara based branches, Tanahun based branch)
Required Competencies:
- Proven skill in vending of Banking Products & understanding of the current financial market.
- Having exposure in areas of credit and business development
- At Least 2 years of experience in Bank and Financial Institution.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Management or equivalent.
3. Assistant Level: Few
(For upcoming and existing branches)
Required Competencies:
- At Least 1 year of experience in any Bank and Financial institution.
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent.
4. Trainee Assistant - Few
(For upcoming and existing branches)
Academic Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Management or equivalent
Eligible criteria for all positions:
- Ability to work independently with the flexibility of time and working condition.
- Well-versed and fluent in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
- Competent in Ms. Office package.
- Expected to be having positive attitude, smart personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The position shall be determined as per the candidate's work experience and qualification.
- Age should not exceed 35 years.
