1. Branch Manager
(a number of positions for Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 5 years of relevant and progressive work experience in financial institutions with a focus in Credit, Deposit Marketing, Trade Finance and Branch Management. Candidates with previous work experience as Branch Manager / Assistant Branch Manager in financial institutions inside and / or outside Kathmandu Valley shall be preferred. Candidates should also have sound working knowledge of Central Bank Directives and Circulars. Candidates applying for the position must have minimum Bachelor's Degree in business related field from recognized university.
2. Environment and Social Risk Management (ESRM) Officer
Required Experience and Qualification:
A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive work experience in Environmental and Social (E&S) Risk management with a focus on integrating E&S considerations into the bank's financing activities. Candidates should have expertise in establishing applicable E&S requirements for clients such as complying with national E&S regulations and international standards and be committed to improving the overall E&S performance of the bank's portfolio through enhanced risk management in a related field. Candidates should also be capable to build the capacity of the bank's staff to manage E&S risks. Candidates applying for the position must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management or equivalent degree from recognized University. (Master's Degree in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Environmental Management or equivalent degree is preferred).
3. Credit In-charge
(Supervisor to Officer Level -a number of positions for Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Experience and Qualification: A minimum of 4 years of relevant and progressive experience in financial Institutions for Officer Level and 3 years for Supervisor with a focus in Credit functions. Candidates should have sound working knowledge of credit appraisal/procedures and related Central Bank Directives and Circulars. Candidates should solicit credit-related businesses by identifying opportunities, building and maintaining good relationships with clients. Candidates applying for the position must have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in the business-related fields from a recognized university.
4. TRAINEE ASSISTANT
(a number of positions for Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in the business-related field from recognized university securing at least 50% marks or 2.5 CGPA out of 4 with fluency in Nepali and English (oral and written). The age of the applicant should not have crossed 28 years as on 23rd February 2020.
Applicants having Computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
