Minimum qualifications and experience required:

Assistant Manager: Achieved a total of 15 years of work experience in MFI including managerial work experience by working in Officer Level at least 5 years in MFI.

Junior Officer: Passed Bachelor's level and gained at least 5 years of working experience in the Assistant Level of Microfinance Institution. Special priority will be given to those who have experience in monitoring and inspecting the program.

Supervisor: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level / Plus Two or similar examination and gained at least 2 years of work experience in the position of Senior Assistant in an MFI.

Senior Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level / Plus Two, or similar examination and gained at least 2 years of experience working as an assistant in an MFI.

Assistant: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level / Plus Two or similar examination and gained experience of working for at least 2 years as a Junior Assistant in an MFI.

Trainee Assistant: Must have passed SLC / SEE (Minimum Grade C) or similar.

2) Type of examination: Interview.

3) Age Limit: 25 years and not exceeding 50 years for managerial level, 21 years for officer level and not exceeding 40 years for officer level and 18 years for assistant level and not exceeding 35 years for application level. Should be, However, in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit has been added to 5 years.

5) Selection Process:

The applications received will be scrutinized as per the rules of the financial institution and a selection list will be prepared. Candidates on the shortlist will be informed about the date, time, and place of the interview by publishing a notice on the notice board of the central office of the financial institution.

Candidates for the post of Assistant Trainee will be made to participate in the field concept program. Only candidates who have joined the field concept will be included in the interview. Successful candidates for the posts of Assistant Manager, Junior Officer, Supervisor, Senior Assistant, and Assistant will be appointed during the probationary period.

Successful candidates for the post of Assistant Trainee will be kept in training for 6 months. Only successful candidates in the training will be appointed to the post of Junior Assistant during the probationary period. The permanent appointment will be given to the employees appointed during the probationary period only if their performance during the probationary period is satisfactory.

6) Office to work: The selected candidates will have to work in any office assigned by the financial institution.

7) Special Preference: Special priority will be given to candidates who have a vehicle (motorcycle/scooter) license and have vehicles and are willing to work in mountainous and hilly districts.

8) Examination Fee: Rs.500 for Managerial and Officer Level and Rs.300 for Assistant Level should be paid at the time of joining the interview.
