Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Academic Qualification : Master degree from reputed university.
Work Experience: • At least 5 years work experience in General Insurance in the position of Manager or above, or 8 years work experience in Banking/Financial Institutions in the position of Manager or above.
Key competencies required:
- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills.
- Should possess sufficient capability for business communication, financial analysis and presentation.
- Excellent computer skills with email, Internet, word, excel, power point etc.
- Should possess sufficient capacity to supervise team.
- Should be well versed with Bima Samiti Directives, Tax and prevailing laws.
