Swabhimaan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, a Lumbini State Level Jurisdiction licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank as a Class D Licensee, needs staff for its branch offices and approved District Branch Offices to be established in the near future; Applications are invited from qualified Nepali citizens for detailed posts.

Positions: Junior Assistant

Required No.: Few

Educational Qualification: Passed SLC / SEE or equivalent examination from a recognized educational institution (special acceptance for those with experience in microfinance).

Age Limit: Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years

Nature of Jobs: 6 months in-service training, permanent after 6 months trial period.

1) Interested candidates should apply along with 1 copy of passport size photo, certificate of educational qualification, work experience, personal details in the application along with advertisement no. The mentioned information has to be submitted to the organization within 15 days from the date of publication i.e. 2078-08-16.

2) From the duly received applications, the shortlisted applicants will be published on the organization's notice board and the organization's website www.swabhimaanmicrofinance.com for interview.

The results of the selection list will be published on Sunday 2078-08-19 within office hours.

In the case of women candidates, the maximum age limit will be 5 years and the age limit will not be imposed on the retiring employees.
