1. Marketing Manager - Officer to Manager Level - 1
Minimum Qualification Required:
- At least Master's Degree in Marketing/Management or Equivalent.
- Manager Level:- Experience of at least 3 years of post-qualification in Officer level in Capital Market or Banking Industry. In case of other sectors, at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Officer Level:- At least 2 years of experience in Capital Market or Banking Industry.
2. Investment Manager/Analyst - Supervisor to Officer Level - 1
Minimum Qualification Required:
- Office Level:- At least Master's Degree in Management or CFA/CA/ACCA, experience of at least 2 years of post-qualification in Capital Market, Banking Industry, Credit Rating or related field,
- Supervisor Level:- At least 2 years of related field experience, should have Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent.

3. Specialized Investment Fund (PE/VC) Analyst - Few
Minimum Qualification Required:
- MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent degree.
- Relevant experience of at least 2 years in Investment Banking, Credit Rating Agencies or PE/VC Firm.
- Even bachelor degree with adequate experience in PE/C may also apply.
