Branch Manager
- Locations: Baglung, Chitwan-Parsa, Damak, Jomsom, Lekhnath, Manahari
- Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- Experience Required: At least 3 years in Insurance, Banking, or Finance
- Age Limit: 21 – 40 Years
- Skills: Sales and marketing, effective communication, leadership, and knowledge of life insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and mobilize insurance agents to meet business target
- Ensure prompt and excellent service to agents and policyholders
- Build and manage a high-performing team of insurance agents
- Oversee all branch operations for smooth functioning of branch
- Contribute to the overall success and brand reputation of the branch
- Display highest standard of professionalism and maintain company standards with a positive attitude

Trainee Assistant
- Locations: Bhojpur, Bholeratar, Bhotewodar, Boteahaur, Chanauli, Chhinchu, Diktel, Dumre, Jomsom, Kalikot, Manahari, Rasuwa
- Qualifications: Minimum 10+2 passed; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge
- Age Limit: 18 – 35 Years
- Skills: Proficiency in Nepali and English typing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out data entry and oversee underwriting process during customer onboarding
- Provide prompt service to agents and policyholders
- Coordinates with various departments at Head Office for smooth branch operations
- Provide support with various agent related activities
