Bayern Munich has entered the finals of the DFB-Pokal German Cup championship. In the semifinals on Wednesday night, Bayern Munich defeated Werder Bremen with 3-2 goal and reached quite close to the title.
The game was goal less until Roberto Lewandowski gave Bayern Munich the lead late at the first half. With just nine minutes remaining to the interval Munich took a 1-0 lead against Bremen. Thomas Muller again at the 63 minutes gave Munich it's second goal for the match with a two goal lead against Bremen. But the second half turned out in favour of Bremen as they overcame the two goal loss against Munich. Yuya Osako at 74 minute gave Bremen it's first goal of the match just a minute before Milot Rashica struck another goal for Bremen overcoming the deficit to the draw. But despite their relentless efforts Bremen couldn't stop Roberto Lewandowski's penalty, scoring his second goal of the match and the third one for home while ten minutes remained in the clock.
Bayern Munich will now have to face RB Laipzing for the next match.
