1. Head - Human Resource (Officer to Managerial Level): - (1)
- Having a Master's Degree in HR or equivalent subject from a recognized University along with exposure to HR in the organized sector with at least 5 years of working.

- Head HR should be skillful in HR planning, directing, coordinating, and all HR related activities. Having the ability to drive the team and handle staff issues to a conclusive end and should have hands-on experience in formulating human resources strategies aligning with the goals of the bank. He/she shall possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills. The candidate should be well versed in all relevant laws & regulations of the country and should possess fair insight into modern relevant HR practices.
2. Branch Managers (Supervisor to Senior Officer):- (Few)
Location: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Having a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from a recognized University and having at least two years working experience in banking, financial or other organized sectors in a supervisory role.
- Should be skillful in business growth, providing a superior level of customer service and promoting service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff
- Having experience in credit administration, branch operation & marketing.
3. Credit Officer (Supervisor to Senior Officer): - (Few)
Location: Corporate and Regional office
- Having at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent subject from recognized University with two years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions or CA/ACCA with one-year experience in Banks/Financial sector.
- Priority will be given to candidates having experience in a related department.
4. Relationship Managers (Senior Assistant to Junior Officer):- (Few)
Location: Inside & Outside Kathmandu Valley
- Having at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent subject from a recognized University with two years of banking experience in any Banks/Financial Institutions or Semi qualified CA.
- Priority will be given to candidates having working experience in a related department.
The corporate position will be offered commensurate with the skills, relevant experience & exposure of candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the further selection process as per Bank's requirement. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reasons thereof. Canvassing at any stage of the process shall lead to automatic disqualification.
