- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in relevant subject,
- Minimum 5 years relevant/similar work experience in BFIs is mandatory,
- Ability to check credit appraisals, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Have a good judgment, sound business sense, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
- Ability to lead and motivate a team,
- Ability to achieve given targets,
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
