1. Brand Manager (Required No. - 1)
Location: Kathmandu
Eligibility Criteria:
Preferably Master degree. Knowledge of ATL, BTL, Digital marketing, and good media relation is some of the qualities expected. Candidates must have a good personality with excellent presentation skill with proficient MS office.
2. Senior Business Development Officers (Required No. - 15)
Location: Kathmandu
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have a bachelor degree with a year experience. Candidates should have the strength to establish B2B relationship and also have technical knowledge of the online payment industry. Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.
3. Floor Supervisor - CSR (Required No. - 3)
Location: Butwal, Kathmandu
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have a bachelor degree with 2 years of experience in the call center. Should be able to manage the team of CSR and Quality.
4. Customer Support Representative (Required No. - 25)
Location: Kathmandu
Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any disciplines. The person is responsible to provide customer support across phone calls, social media platforms, and digital channels.
5. Quality Assurance Officer - CSR (Required No. - 5)

8. Graphic Designer (Required No. - 4)

Candidates must have a bachelor degree with 1 or 2 years of experience. Create, maintain and improve manual and automated test plans, test cases and test suites to support various levels of testing using various types of testing tools.

Architecting, maintaining, and streamlining our automated build and release pipeline from code compilation, automated testing, to deploying releases to multiple environments in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Managing the full build/release cycle and automated build systems by leveraging modern build and integration tools. Manage the certificates used for securing/signing Inductive Automation Software products.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in any disciplines and 2 years of experience in the related field. Illustrating design ideas using a storyboard, process flow, and sitemap, etc. Gathering, evaluating the business/user requirement, collaborate with a project manager, business analyst, and developers.

Preferably bachelor or master degree in computing and 2 to 3 years of experience in any related field.
