Experience Criteria:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in the area(s) of Credit Sales / Deposit Management, Trade Finance, and other Sales roles with a thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.
Leadership & Management Skills Requirements:
- High level of Salesmanship.
- High level of enthusiasm and Team spirit.
- Good understanding of risks & mitigation measures.
Age & Academic Criteria
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Assistant to Officer Level.
- Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level, 30 years for Assistant Level.
2. Relationship Manager (RM) - Assistant to Supervisor – Few
Location:

Experience Criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit and Deposit marketing.
Salesmanship & Relationship Skill Requirement:
- Positive attitude towards target and dynamic sales spirits.
- Support branch for generating new business/relationship/product/strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
Age & Academic Criteria
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Economics or related field for Assistant to Officer Level
- Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant Level
3. Contractual Staff - Few
- Location:

- Outside Valley: Amorsingh Branch, Baglung Branch, Dhungepotan Branch, Waling Branch, Nijgadh Branch, Birgunj Branch, Bardibas Branch, Lahan Branch, Butwal Branch, Damak Branch, Biratnagar Branch, Urlabari Branch, Pathari Branch, Dumkibas Branch, Khurkhure Branch, Sukkhad Branch & Dhangadhi Branch.
Experience Criteria:
- Preference shall be given to applicants having prior experience in Sales as Outsourced/contractual staff in other banks & Financial Institutions.
Age & Academic Criteria
- A minimum of 50% in Intermediate (10+2) in Management/Economics or related field for Contractual Staff.
- Age not exceeding 28 years for contractual staff.
