Central Finance Limited, national level, "C" Class licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, invites applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, self-driven, and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following posts for its upcoming branches in Birgunj, Biratnagar, Chandranigahapur.
Branch In-charge (Supervisor to Officer)
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) in a relevant subject,
- Experience in financial Institutions is mandatory,
- Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Have good judgment, sound business sense high degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
- Ability to lead and motivate a team,
- Ability to achieve given targets,
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
- Have a confident and assertive manner,
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
Credit Department (Assistant to Supervisor)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject,
- Experience in financial institutions is mandatory,
- Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
- Ability to achieve given targets,
- Ability to learn credit processes and analysis,
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Operation Department (Assistant to Supervisor)
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject,
- Proficiency in computer operation required,
- Experience in financial institution is mandatory,
- Age not exceeding 30 years.
Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
