Job Description
This role sits with in the Marketing & Communications department. This team’s role is to overlook all brand and communication related activities of MetLife in Nepal which includes integrated marketing campaigns, digital, customer experience and marketing science reporting to the local head for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling of all local marketing and communication activities
- Support in creation and execution of brand strategy
- Overlook Customer Focus initiatives and reporting
- Managing all Digital aspects of marketing including website and social media
- Assisting in product development & conducting consumer market research
- Execution of communication strategy including external (media) and internal (employees + agents) communications
- Liaison with local Agency/vendors
Reports To: Head, Marketing and Communications, Nepal.
