Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
- Strategic Development of Bank's Social Programs and its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs.
- Prepare the CSR strategy and framework for guiding the CSR activities for the year.
- Plan for CSR Fund utilization & Partnership Development for various social initiative with various stakeholders
- Identify and Promote CSR initiative among new potential partners
- Strategize for maintain cordial relationship with exiting/ Potential partners and building the effective partnership with them.
- Lead the Skill Development Programs
- Represent Bank in various Regulatory/national forum/ Dialogues/Platforms
- Develop and maintain Relation with government and regulatory bodies and Public Relation (CSR Stakeholders) in areas where Bank have its presence for CSR activities
- Supervise the creation and implementation of CSR project under various sectors like Health, Education, Livelihood, Enterprise Development etc. As guided by the regulation/policy.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, action plans, and monitoring processes, and regularly provide activity reports, meeting minutes, and financial reports as required by the bank.
- Identify the project problem and manage/Trouble shoot thus identified problems by devising a proper plan
- Provide direct supervision for the implementation of assigned project activities.
- Conduct field inspections to ensure that project activities are completed on time and in accordance with organization policies and regulations.
- Conduct various Financial Literacy programs as per policy of the bank's CSR policy
- Monitor and evaluate the expenses and the effectiveness of the projects supported under CSR activities
- Liaison with various departments within the bank for smooth functioning of CSR activities
- Prepare the necessary documents/ Policy Papers/ Make necessary amendments in the policies as required by the regulatory body as and when required.
- Prepare weekly/ Monthly/annual reports on the CSR activities, its expenses and progress as required by the bank and regulatory body
- Liaison for CSR media
- Call CSR committee meeting as required
- Mentor/ Support and guide the subordinates within the team
- Plan and organize different programs related to CSR.

Minimum requirements/ Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Social Studies/Development/ Social Works/Rural Development
- 5+ years of experience in CSR related activities in any corporate offices & Development organizations.
- Acquainted with regulatory requirements on CSR
- Ability to lead and motivate the project team
