Tribhuvan University is listed among the 251-300 rank top Universities of Asia. Tribhuvan University has improved significantly compared to previous year in the ranking level of Asia's Excellent Universities by The Times Higher Education in the UK. Earlier this year, the same institution had ranked among the 801-1000 universities.
The survey comprises of the total number of teachers, the number of male teachers who are lecturing at the university along with female teachers, the number of students who are graduate and post graduate, the number of female students, the teacher's student ratio, the research and development within the university, the articles published at the national level, the investment for research. The survey then evaluates the universities based on comparative study of the number provided with the major indicators and index.
Tribhuvan University, for the first time, participated in the listing for the level of assessment of the Asia Universities from last year. TU expresses honest and sincere gratitude and appreciation for being elected among the top Asian Universities.
According to the release notice by TU, conveyed "We have got more enthusiasm from this achievement, and we will be active to make the University more excavated on this excellence journey. We believe, we will get the highest position in the future by the commitment and flexibility of everyone in the future. "
