1. Dy. Chief Executive Officer:
a) Academic Qualification and Trainings:
The candidate must have completed MBA Degree or equivalent from recognized university and Technical Qualification (AllI/ACII/FIII/FCII).Managerial Computer Skill and other managerial training in Insurance subject, if any.
b) Experience:
The candidate should have 10 years' experience (preferable) in managerial level in General Insurance and have good communication skills and personal relations with Corporate Houses/Industries/Banks/ Financial Institutes
c) Remuneration:
Salary and Other Benefits shall be as per Company rules and it is negotiable for Experienced/deserving candidates.
d) Age: Below 50 years.
2. Compliance Officer:
The candidate must have completed CA having at least 3 years' experience in the audit field. The candidates are expected to have sound knowledge of applicable Laws, Insurance Directives and Internal Controlling System.
