According to the consent of the Public Service Commission, the following vacant posts in this institute are to be filled permanently through open competitive examination, so eligible Nepali citizens who have met the qualifications, willing to work in any branch office assigned by the institute and have not been found guilty by the court of criminal charges, have obtained their citizenship certificate, SLC/SEE or Self-attested copies of certificates of educational qualifications equal to and above, transcripts and character certificates, and 3 (three) copies of recent passport size photographs and the prescribed documents including the inclusive group within 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice in Gorkhapatra daily and twice This notification has been published to submit the duly filled application form to the head office of this institute, Manpower Management Department within 7 days from the date of first expiry of the application.
Candidates who have obtained an educational certificate from a foreign university or examination board must submit a certificate of equivalency from the relevant body. If the incumbent is a permanent employee, the departmental approval of the employing organization must be submitted. No action will be taken on late and overdue applications.

1) Type of Service: Permanent.

3) Age Limit For Level 6 posts, 21 years and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of application. Completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for level 4 studies.
But in the case of women and disabled candidates, the upper age limit should not exceed 40 years. The employees working in this institute will not be subject to the above mentioned age limit.
4) Trial period 1 year. Also, in case of women, there will be a 6-month trial period.

9) The application can be submitted within 30 days from the last date (2050/01/23) from the date of the first publication of this notice in Gorkhapatra Daily and within 7 days from the expiry date of the double fee payment (2080/01/30). If the last day of application submission falls on a public holiday, it will remain valid until the next day.
10) Application Form Rs. 100- (one hundred). In the case of the fee application form downloaded from the website of this institute, the fee should be collected accordingly.
11) Exam fee for level-6 is Rs. 800 (eight hundred). For level 4 posts Rs. 500/- (five hundred).
12) Additional fee for the post of Inclusive Group: Rs.300/- (three hundred) for Tier-6 behind the group. Level 4 group behind Rs.200) - (two hundred).
13) Exam date and center: The written exam for the above posts will be conducted by the Public Service Commission.

Documents to be submitted by Inclusive side applicants:
a) In the case of Dalits, on the basis of the same list as in the case of the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, but if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by the National Dalit Commission, on the recommendation of the head of the local level, the chief district officer shall certify that the surname is within the listed caste and submit the application along with it.
b) In the case of Madhesi, on the basis that the government of Nepal publishes a notice in the Nepal Gazette and certifies that they are Madhesi from a designated institution, but until the institution is published and designated in the Nepal Gazette, the application must be certified as Maghesi by the chief district officer on the recommendation of the head of the local level.
c) In case of disabled, on the basis of certified disability by the Social Welfare Council on the recommendation of an approved doctor.
