1. Branch Managers - Rupandehi & Kapilvastu (few): Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
- Age not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
- Master's Degree in the relevant field preferred or Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
- Candidate must have a minimum of 3 Years of Branch Management Experience.
2. Relationship Managers - Rupandehi, Kapilvastu & Nawalparasi (Few): Senior Assistant/ Supervisor/Junior Officer
- Age not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 Years of Relationship Management Experience.
Other Information:
- For Assistant and Officer Level: Candidates must be working at the same level or must have at least one year of experience in a position that is one level below the position they are applying for in any national-level development bank or commercial bank.
- For Managerial Level: Candidates must be working at the same level or must have at least two years of experience in a position that is one level below the position they are applying for in any national-level development bank or commercial bank.
