Position/ Required No. / Experience and Preference:
| Junior Officer - Few | Having passed Bachelor's level and having 3 years of work experience as a supervisor in a microfinance financial institution or having passed 10+2 or equivalent examination and having 9 years of work experience in a microfinance institution. Preference will be given to those with experience in monitoring and supervision. |
| Supervisor - Few | Having at least 2 years of work experience in a position one level below the applicant's position or 4 years of work experience in microfinance. |
| Senior Assistant - Few | Having at least 1 year of work experience in a position one level below the position of applying or having 3 years of work experience in microfinance. |
| Assistant - Few | Having at least 1 year of work experience in a position one level lower than the position applying for or 2 years of work experience in Microfinance. |
| Junior Assistant - Few | Preference will be given to those who have working experience in microfinance financial institutions and have a motorcycle and license. |
| Trainee Junior Assistant - Few | Preference will be given to those who can drive a motorcycle/bicycle and can go to work in remote districts. |
Age limit: Completed 18 years in the assistant category and not exceeding 35 years by the last date of submission of application. Completion of 18 years in the authorized category and not exceeding 40 years but in the case of female applicants, the upper age will be increased by 5 years.

Salary allowance and facilities: It will be as per the rules of the organization.
