Minimum Qualification and Experience
- Minimum Master's Degree in Management or Chartered Accountant.
- At least 10 years of Banking experience in Officer Level and above positions in any Commercial Bank with a proven track record of managing various Departments.
- Must have excellent knowledge of Banking, NRB Directives, Marketing Skills, and a strong desire for self-development.
- Preference shall be given to the candidate having experience in the Business/Credit Department at Managerial Level in BFI
- Must have a 4-wheeler driving license.

Required Skills:
- The applicant must be a Nepali Citizen
- Well-versed with MS Office tools and ability to use various financial models-
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis skills.
- Strong communication, presentation, networking and Managerial skills,

- Excellent organizing,. negotiation and documentation skills.
