1. Position Required: Branch Managers (Supervisor- Sr. Officer) - Few
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master's Degree and Experience in credit Function preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of Banking experience.
Age: 21-40
2. Position Required: Relationship Manager (Assistant- Supervisor) - Few
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master's Degree and Experience in credit Function preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Banking experience.
Age: 18-35
3. Position Required: Head-Micro Finance (Supervisor-Sr. Officer) - Few
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At Least a Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA. Master's Degree and Experience in Micro Finance preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Microlending (Credit)
Age: 21-40
4. Position Required: Junior Assistant (Micro Finance) - Few
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At least +2/Intermediate in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA.
- Bachelor's Degree and Experience in Micro Lending Function preferred.
Age: 18-35
5. Position Required: Junior Assistant - Few
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Management with minimum 2nd division marks or 2.5 CGPA.
- No experience required.
Age: 18-35
*BM and RM are required for Chitwan, Makawanpur, and Kavreplanchowk Based Branch.
