Position: Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job Specifications: Minimum 2 years' banking experience in any NRB licensed BFls. Good knowledge in credit, Operation and Branch Management. Good knowledge on Banking Software. Must have leadership quality. Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational, administrative and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer to Assistant Manager.

Relationship Manager-Few (For Pokhara, Chitwan & Putalisadak)
Position: Junior Assistant to Junior Officer Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job Specifications: At least one-year experience of BFIs with sound knowledge of in credit. Excellent communication skill (English, Nepali). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Only experienced candidates should apply.
