Branch Manager

• Managerial Level (Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager): Few

• Officer Level (Senior Officer/Officer/Junior Officer): Few

• Branches: Inside Kathmandu Valley and other existing Branches across all Seven Provinces (Koshi Province, Madhesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, Lumbini Province, Karnali Province and Sudurpaschim Province)

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (preferably Master's Degree) in Management from a recognized University/College

• Experience (Managerial Level):

  • Minimum 8 years of comprehensive banking experience in branch operations and credit functions, exclusively within Class 'A', 'B', or 'C' licensed financial institutions

  • Must have at least 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager

• Experience (Officer Level):

  • Minimum 6 years of comprehensive banking experience in branch operations and credit functions, exclusively within Class 'A', 'B', or 'C' licensed financial institutions

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience as a Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager

Other General Requirements for above positions:

• Excellent Communication and Leadership skills are mandatory

• Age: Not exceeding 52 years for Managerial Level and 40 years for Officer Level as on the last day of application

• Must possess a Driving License

• Corporate position will be offered based on relevant job experience and academic qualifications, as deemed appropriate
