Chief Credit Officer (Deputy General Manager) - One
Job Profile
This is an executive level leadership role responsible for driving the overall credit business of the bank with ensuring robust risk governance, portfolio quality and regulatory compliance with following responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the Bank's overall credit business across all Clusters and Branches, ensuring alignment with business objectives, approved risk appetite, and prevailing regulatory requirements.
- Develop, review, and implement comprehensive credit policies, guidelines, and procedures to support prudent, consistent, and sustainable credit growth.
- Oversee credit risk assessment, underwriting standards, and portfolio diversification to maintain asset quality and manage concentration risks effectively.
- Provide oversight of credit portfolio monitoring through regular analysis of asset quality trends, stressed exposures, and early warning indicators to enable timely corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience
- At least 15 years of banking experience with 5 years of experience in Corporate Level Credit with strong command on credit underwriting and settlement.
- Must have 2 years of continued service in up to one position below at National Level Development Bank / up to two position below at 'A' Class Commercial Bank.
- Having at least Masters' Degree in Management/Economics or related field from recognized university with minimum second division marks or CA with Bachelors' Degree.
