1. Head Office
a) Head-Legal Department (1)- Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Law (For Officer Level) and Master's Degree in Law (For Managerial Level) from recognized University.
• Candidates must have 5 years of work experience as a practitioner lawyer holding on advocate license. Preference will be given to candidates having progressive work experience either in Financial Institution or in a reputed law firm with focus in banking and company/corporate law with ability to represent the Bank in Court and is able to provide technical and administrative support to the Bank on legal issues.
b) Information Security Officer (1)- Senior Officer/Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree (For Officer Level) and Master's Degree (For Managerial Level) either in computer science/information technology or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology. Appropriate Certification or training is required, such as CISA, CISM or CISSP. Preference will be given to professional technical certification such as MCP/CCNA.
• Minimum two years of experience as Information Security Practitioner or Auditor.
• Sound knowledge of Information Security Practices, Tools and Procedures, Security issues in network, Web application and ISO integrations.
c) Finance, Accounts and Treasury Department (Few)- Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer
• Chartered Accountancy from ICAN or ICAI/Master’s Degree in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of experience in finance department for Senior Officer, one year for Officer and currently working in at least immediate lower position in BFIs.

d) Internal Audit/Finance, Accounts and Treasury Department (Few) – Senior Assistant/ Supervisor
• Semi Qualified Chartered Accountants.
• Minimum one year of experience in BFIs.
e) General Service Department (1) – Assistant/Senior Assistant
• Minimum 2nd Division in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of experience in record keeping and working in related department in BFIs.
f) CCTV Operator (2) – Assistant/Senior Assistant
• Minimum 2nd Division or equivalent in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of experience in CCTV monitoring in any reputed organization. • SIA (Security Industry Authority) license holder will be preferred.
• Must able to continuously monitor the live feed, keeping a watchful eye on any suspicious activity or security breaches and react accordingly.
• Sound knowledge to operate the CCTV equipment, interpret the footage and understand basic troubleshooting procedures.

g) Credit Function (Few) – Junior Officer/Officer
• Minimum 2nd Division or equivalent in Bachelor’s degree (Preferably Master’s Degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of banking experience in the Credit Function and currently working in at least immediate lower position in BFIs.
h) Credit Function (Few) – Senior Assistant/Supervisor
• Minimum 2nd Division or equivalent in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years of banking experience in the Credit Function and currently working in at least immediate lower position in BFIs.
i) Operation Function (Few) – Senior Assistant/Supervisor
• Minimum 2nd Division or equivalent in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• At least two years of banking experience in the Operation Function and currently working in at least immediate lower position in BFIs.

a) Assistant Level (Few)- Junior Assistant/Assistant/Senior Assistant/Supervisor (For Branches under Waling/Beni/Kohalpur/Narayangarh Region)
• Minimum 2nd Division in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• Minimum two years banking experience and currently working in at least immediate lower position in BFIs.
• Local candidates having valid two-wheeler driving license will be given preference.
b) Trainee Assistant (Few)- (For Branches under Waling/Beni/Kohalpur/Narayangarh Region)
• Minimum 2nd Division in 10+2 qualification (Preferably Bachelor’s degree) in a relevant subject.
• Local candidates having valid two-wheeler driving license will be given preference.

Other Criteria:
Strong communication presentation and networking skill.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
Age not exceeding 35 years for Assistant Level and 40 years for Officer and Managerial Level (additional 5 years can be considered for female applicants) as on application deadline.
Priority will be given to the candidates having vehicle driving license.
