1. Credit & Marketing-RM (Assistant/Sr. Assistant/Supervisor) - 1
(Bhairahawa Branch)
Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.
Job specifications :
- Experience: Assistant: Minimum 2 Years, Sr. Assistant: Minimum 3 Years & Supervisor: Minimum 4 Years of Banking Experience in any NRB Licensed BFIs.
- Post: Sr. Assistant: Have performed job role of RM in Assistant level & Supervisor: Have performed the job role of RM in Sr. Assistant Level and above.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Good knowledge on Pumori Banking Software.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
2. Jr. Assistant - Few (Sharadanagar, Narayanghat, Kawasoti, Manigram & Kathmandu Valley Branches)
Educational Qualification : Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or any stream of Management.
Job specifications:
- Should be self-starter.
- Good communication skills and ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and notexceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
