1. Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
In general, the CEO will be responsible for supervision and controlling the strategic and business aspect of the company. H/she will work closely with the Board, business partners and stakeholders as a focal person of the organization. H/She will have to make an impactful leadership in steering the human capital and company to a successful venture.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification, preferably CFA/CA/ACCA/CPA/MBA (Master in Business Administration/Economics/Finance).
- At least 10 years of job experience in managerial position in reputed organization, especially in venture capital, merchant banking, investment banking and BFIs.
- Proven business and investment skills, particularly in ranking projects by risks, viability and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, management, problem solving & interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience in fund investor relationships.
2. Deputy/Assistant Chief Executive Officer (DCEO/ACEO):
DCEO/ACEO will have to assist the CEO in overall business, operation and management of the company. In doing so, h/she needs to formulate strategies to enhance the existing scenario and support the CEO in directing the team in achieving overall business target. Likewise, h/she will be responsible for guiding the department heads to bring about synergy effect in performance.
Key Requirements:
- Qualification, preferably CFA/CA/ACCA/CPA/MBA (Master in Business Administration/Economics/Finance).
- At least 7 years of job experience in managerial position in reputed organization, especially in venture capital, merchant banking, investment banking and BFls.
- Professional business acumen and wide-ranging understanding of the market industry.
- Strong leadership personality with interpersonal ability to motivate, guide and direct the team members.
3. Head - Venture Capital / Private Equity:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in finance/economics or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in similar position.
- High level of communication, persuasion, negotiation, social and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and data modeling ability.
4. Head - Portfolio Management Services (PMS):
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in finance/economics or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar position.
- High degrees of efficiency in research, data interpretation and analysis.
- In-depth understanding of financial markets, economics and portfolio theory.
- Proficiency in communication and customers services.
5. Head - Investment Banking:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in banking/finance, economics or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in investment banking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
6. Head - Finance & Accounts:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in finance/accounting or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in finance or a similar position.
- Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
7. Head - Operation:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in business administration or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in operations or similar role.
- Knowledge of business functions.
- Excellent organizational and leadership qualities.
8. Head - Corporate Advisory Service:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in business administration/finance/accounting/economics.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Significant expertise in consulting or advisory services.
- Enthusiastic about working in a project-based environment.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
9. Head - Business Development:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in business administration/marketing or related subject.
- 5 years or more of experience in business development or in a similar position.
- In-depth knowledge of customer service, sales and business promotion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Head - Financial Analyst:
- Qualification, preferably CA/ACCA/MBA (Finance).
- 5 years or more of experience as a data analyst in consulting, investment banking or financial accounting.

11. Head - Asset Management:
- Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred) in engineering/finance/economics/business administration.
- 5 years or more of experience in asset management industry.
- Working knowledge of business and data intelligence software.
- Skilled in critical thinking, negotiation and project management.
- Strong in assessing asset status, needs, risks, goals and progress.
12. Head - Information Technology:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (Masters preferred): BIT/BCA/BCI/BSc.CSIT
- 5 years or more of experience in an IT environment
- Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems and developments.
- Proof of continued education, such as software certifications.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
