- Maintain Client data and Prepare daily and monthly reports for managements review
- Provide ongoing support to clients by answering queries, resolving issues, and advising on the best insurance solutions.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
