Work Experience and Other Criteria
For Recovery/Credit Administration Department:
- Priority shall be given to those candidates having prior experience in recovery/credit department with thorough knowledge of NRB directives and other rules & regulations of banking.
For AML CFT Department:
- Semi Qualified CA or minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or any stream of management.
- Priority shall be given to those candidates having prior experience in AML CFT department with thorough knowledge of NRB directives, BAFIA and other rules & regulations of banking.

For Relationship Manager:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/Finance/Economics or any stream of management.
- Priority shall be given to those candidates having prior experience in Commercial or Development Banks in credit sales or other credit related department.
For Gold Tester:
- Minimum 10+2 in Management/Finance/Economics or any stream of management. Bachelor Degree will be preferable.
- Priority shall be given to those candidates having prior experience in related sector.
