1. Senior Officer (Branch Manager)

Level: Officer
Number of Positions: Few
Minimum Education/Experience Required: Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in banking and financial institutions, community banking or a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in banking and financial institutions, community banking, or 2 years of work experience in the senior assistant position after passing the proficiency certificate level.

2. Senior Assistant

Number of Positions: Few
Minimum Education/Experience Required: Proficiency Certificate (10+2) passed with at least 2 years of work experience in banks and financial institutions, community banking related fields.

3. Assistant

Minimum Education/Experience Required: Proficiency Certificate (10+2) passed with at least 1 year of work experience in banks and financial institutions, community banking-related fields.

4. Junior Assistant

Level: Assistant

Minimum Education/Experience Required: SLC/SEE or equivalent examination passed and 6 months of work experience in the related field.

5. Trainee Assistant

Minimum Education/Experience Required: SLC/SEE or equivalent examination passed.

Age Limit: The age limit for the Officer category is 21-40 years, and for the Assistant category, it is 18-35 years. Female candidates will get an additional five years in the upper age limit.

Mode of Examination: The mode of examination will include a discussion, interview, and presentation.

Priority will be given to the locals under the jurisdiction of the financial institution and those who are licensed and have a motorcycle/scooter.
