1. BRANCH MANAGERS (FEW):

CRITERIA:

• Bachelor's degree will be eligible for selection. Work experience in the field of life insurance sales, banking and sales management will be given preference.
• Age between 23 to 35 years.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Good knowledge of office administrative work.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create and implement a plan to ensure the achievement of direct sales target.
• Enroll good quality insurance agents, supervise, and motivate them on regular basis for sales growth.
• Build and execute a plan for achievement of sales target.
• Able to lead, develop and mobilize sales team and achieve sales target of the branch.

2. SALES EXECUTIVE (FEW):

For Kakarvitta, Gauradaha, Gaighat, Birgunj, Hetauda, Janakpur, Mahendranagar etc.

CRITERIA:

• Bachelor's degree will be eligible for selection. Work experience in the field of life insurance sales, banking and sales management will be given preference.
• Age between 23 to 35 years.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skill.

3. QUALIFIED CA - RISK DEPARTMENT (FEW):
CRITERIA:

• Should have minimum 2 years of work experience in a related field. Work experience in the field of life insurance and banking will be given preference.
• Age between 23 to 35 years.
• Proficient in computer knowledge and excellent interpersonal skill.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in the English language.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Identify risks related to operation, investment and other required areas and create mitigation plan.
• Ensure proper internal control system and compliance is maintained in line with the regulatory requirement.
• Develop and maintain appropriate systems and procedures as required.
• Should have the ability to digitize automation process.
