Work Experience and Other Criteria
✓ For Branch Manager:
-A minimum of 3 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.
-Able to lead the branch towards achieving goals/targets.
-Able to lead, mentor and groom team members to create better output.
-Have good knowledge of product and competitive market with sound working relationships with clients.
✓ For Assistant Relationship Manager:
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Credit Sales / Deposit management, Trade Finance and other Sales roles with thorough understanding of Compliance & Risk.
-Have good knowledge of product and competitive market with sound working relationships with clients.
✓ For Digital Operation:
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial or Development Banks in Digital Banking Department.
-Good knowledge of Core Banking System for interfacing digital platform.
-Knowledge of digital banking products like Mobile/Internet Banking, Cards, Payment Gateway etc.
-Monitoring the performance of digital assets and ensuring its functionality.
✓ For Legal Department:
-Prior experience in related department of Bank and Financial Institutions shall be an added advantage.
-Draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents for operations, Credit/Lending Activities, Finance, Human Resources, Administration and other matters or practice areas.
Academic Qualification Criteria
✓ A Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics for Assistant/Officer Level.
✓ A Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in LLB/BA. LLB. with Advocate License for Legal Department.
Age Criteria
✓ Age not exceeding 35 years for Officer Level.
✓Age not exceeding 30 years for Assistant to Supervisor Level.
