1. Position: Branch Managers (Junior Officer/Officer/Senior Officer)
Location: Inside and Outside Kathmandu Valley Branches
Required Numbers: 50
This position requires and ability to impeccably carry the Bank’s Brand and effectively act as Bank’s Brand Representative. The candidates are expected to possess excellent competitive, market, and business intelligence. S/he should be able to chalk out instrumental marketing plans, strategies and road maps and ensure their effective implementation. The candidates should have abilities to train, nurture and groom team members and motivate the team for greater achievements. S/he should possess an ability to lead the Branch towards achieving the set goals with enhanced customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Masters Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience or in related field and having experience in Credit/Relationship/Branch Management.
- Age not below 21 and not exceeding 40 years as of June 5, 2019.
2. Service Managers (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer)
Location: Inside & Outside Valley Branches
Required Number: 100
The candidates are expected to possess strong will power and energetic sales attitude and are responsible for supporting efficient execution of related strategies. The candidates should have the ability to support in leading the branch towards generating new business and identifying opportunities for higher growth and should have strong interpersonal skills and abilities to build rapport with customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Preferably Master’s Degree but not less than Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience for supervisor and below and 5 years of banking experience for Junior Officer having experience in Operation Management.
- Age not below 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for Supervisor and below, age not below 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer and above as of June 5, 2019.
3. Relationship Mangers (Senior Assistant/Supervisor/Junior Officer/Officer)
Location: Inside and Outside Valley Branches and Sub-Province Office
Required Number: 100
The candidates are expected to possess strong will power and energetic sales attitude and are responsible for supporting efficient execution of related strategies. The candidates should have the ability to support in leading the branch towards generating new business and identifying opportunities for higher growth and should have strong interpersonal skills and abilities to build rapport with customers.
