Job Specification
Management Trainee (MT):- 10 Nos.
Location: Inside and outside Kathmandu valley.
- Having Master’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics/Accountancy or any stream of Management with minimum first division marks or CGPA 3 or equivalent from recognized university.
- Age not exceeding 30 years as on application deadline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
(Management Trainee is an entry level position where the successful candidates will undergo comprehensive on- the- job training in all areas of the Bank, enabling them to take up mid – level positions. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates will be placed anywhere in Nepal as per the Bank’s requirement.)
Junior Trainee Assistant (JTA):- 40 Nos.
Location: Inside and outside Kathmandu valley.
- Having Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economic/Accountancy or any stream of Management with minimum second division marks or CGPA 2.5 or equivalent from recognized University.
- Age not exceeding 28 years as on application deadline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
(Junior Trainee Assistant is an entry level position where the successful candidates will be assigned in various branches/areas of the bank. Upon successful completion of training period, selected candidates shall be placed anywhere in Nepal as per Bank’s Requirement)
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for further selection process as per Bank’s requirement. Bank reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason thereof.
