1. Position: Chef. Province Office (Managerial Level)
- Minimum Master Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of banking experience with at least 5 years of experience as Branch Manager or Provincial Manager with sound Imaelecige of Operation and Credit
- Age not exceeding 40 years
2. position: Deputy Chief. Province Office (Assistant Manager /Sr. Officer)
- Minimum Mester Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years of working experience with at least 3 mars of experience as Branch Manager with sound knowledge of Operation & credit.
- Age not exceeding 40 yen
Required Knowledge& Skills for Chief. Province Office and Deputy Chief. Province Officer:
Candidates shall be responsible for overseeing overall business affairs within the assigned Province and shell take up a leadership role in order to ensure encouraging and sustainable: ‘business growth of the given province and branches within. The candidate needs to be business-driven and target-oriented and expected to have the sound business insight of the respective provinces. Prospective candidate needs to be fully acquainted with overall credit, marketing and sales function with the capacity to lead province prudently and effectively.
3. Position: Branch Manage for Janakpur and Biratnagar (Assistant Manager)
- Minimum Master’s Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years of banking experience with at least 3 years of experience as Branch manager
- Age not exceeding 40 years.
4. Position: Branch Manager, Officer Level (Few).ChitsideValey
- Minimum Masters Degree from a recognized university
- Melanin 5 mart experience of banking with at least 2 years of experience as Branch Manager
- Age not exceeding 35 years
Required Knowledge & Skills for Branch Manager:
Candidate need to be acquainted with overall credit sales and operational functions of the ‘bank and have the ability to lead a diverse team effectively, demonstrate a strong sense of work ‘ethics, and have a strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenging targets.
5. Position: Operation In-charge (Officer Level - Few)
- Minimum Masters Degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in the area of operation at some level or as a level below
- Age not exceeding 35 yews
6. Position: Credit In-charge (Officer Level - Few)
- Minimum Masten Degree from lefetilrOed VOW'S*
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience in the area of Credit/ Trade France at the same level or one level below
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
Required Knowledge and Skills for Operation I Credit in-Charge:
Candidates need to be committed with moral Operation & Credit/ Trade Finance functions of the bark for the respective positions and have the ability to lead diverse teams effectively, demonstrate strong sane of work ethics. and have a strong drive with a demonstrated willingness to take on challenges targets.
