1. Credit Team Leader (Senior Officer to Assistant Manager)
- Location: Corporate Office, Birgunj
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Head of AML/CFT/Compliance (Officer Level)
- Location: Corporate Office, Birgunj
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in related fields. Chartered Accountant credentials are advantageous.

3. Head of Finance & Planning/Administration (Officer Level)

- Qualification: Similar to above roles with preference for semi-qualified/qualified Chartered Accountants.
4. Branch Managers (Bardibas and Barahathawa Branches, Officer Level)
- Location: Bardibas, Mahottari, and Barahathawa, Sarlahi
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in related fields.

5. Credit & Marketing Relationship Managers (Assistant/Senior Assistant)
- Location: Bardibas and Barahathawa Branches
- Qualification: Minimum +2 in Management or related fields.
6. Junior Assistants (Teller/Customer Service)
- Qualification: Minimum +2 in Management or related fields.
- Age Limit: 18–35 years for Assistant/Senior Assistant roles.
- Experience: Freshers can apply, but banking experience is preferred.
