Job Specification:
This position is responsible for managing CEO’s schedule and strategic priorities, supports the CEO with data driven insights and analysis, prepares analytical reports and presentations for the CEO. Conducts research on industry trends, competitors and market opportunities, develop strategic recommendations for business growth and improvement ensuring the smooth execution of strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
Experience:
Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in Banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank).
Age Criteria:
Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
