Position and QualificationRegional Manager (Officer)- Few
Junior Officer- Few
Post Graduate in Management (MBA) and at least 2 years work experience in Accounting and Finance. Age 21 years completed and not exceeding 40 years.
Branch Manager- Few
Passed proficiency certificate level or similar examination and worked in the microfinance sector for at least 3 years. Preference will be given to those who have worked as branch managers. Age 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years.
Trainee Assistant- Few
Passed SLC / SEE. Has knowledge of computers and is willing to work in rural areas. Age 18 years completed and not exceeding 35 years.
