1. Officer- Environment and Social Risk Management (ESRM)

  • Corporate Position: Junior Officer to Officer
  • Location: Head Office
  • Education: Master’s Degree in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Management or equivalent degree from recognized University.
  • Experience: At least three and four years of experience in environmental and social risk management with focus in integrating E&S considerations into Bank’s financing activities for applying to Junior Officer and Officer level respectively.
  • Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on June 28, 2023.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Focus in establishing applicable E&S requirements for clients such as complying with national E&S regulations and international standards, and be committed to improving the overall E&S performance of Bank’s portfolio through enhanced risk management in related field.
  • Works with various lending units of the bank to assess and manage environmental and social risk for financing activities of bank.
  • Leads transaction reviews across a variety of sectors (metals and mining, oil and gas, forestry, power and other large infrastructure sectors), across all geographies
  • Participate in transaction approvals and advise on potential ESRM requirements for internal policy purposes.
  • Join client calls and meetings to discuss client environmental and social risks and advise them on meeting regulators as well as international ESRM standards.
  • Provide advice to lending unit heads and help develop governance structures for emerging sustainable finance products
  • Leverage third party ESG data platforms, conduct corporate-level and portfolio-level reviews of high-risk sectors to identify any clients that present elevated environmental, social or reputational risk.
  • Design, develop and conduct ESRM training for capacity building of staff.
  • Apply sound ethical judgment regarding business practices and personal conduct to safeguard the firm’s reputation and drive compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2. Officer- Information Security (IS)

  • Corporate Position: Junior Officer to Officer
  • Location: Head Office
  • Education: Master's degree in computer science or related field from recognized university.
  • Experience: At least three and four years of experience in information security, computer network penetration testing and techniques, vulnerability assessment and penetration etc for applying to Junior Officer and Officer level respectively. Should have clear understanding of Firewalls, SIEM, antivirus, and IDS and IPS concepts.
  • Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on June 28, 2023

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the bank’s information systems for security issues.
  • Investigate security breaches and other cyber security incidents.
  • Document the cyber incidents and assess the damage.
  • Analyze security breaches to identify root cause.
  • Perform vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Work with different team to perform tests and uncover network and system vulnerabilities.
  • Suggest IT team with appropriate solutions to fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
  • Test and evaluate security products.
  • Execute and monitor the in housed phishing activity.
  • Ensure the implementation of security standards and best practices.
  • Delivery of cyber security awareness training for colleagues.
  • Support to install security software to enhance security posture of the bank.
  • Stay up-to-date on information technology trends and security standards.

3. Officer- Research and Development (R and D)

  • Corporate Position: Junior Officer to Officer
  • Location: Head Office
  • Education: Master’s degree in relevant field from recognized university or having degree of CA. Experience in statistical and data analysis tools would be an added advantage.
  • Experience: Three and four years of experience in relevant field for applying to Junior Officer and Officer level respectively.
  • Age: Not exceeding 40 years as on June 28, 2023

Major Responsibilities:

  • Assist key projects with R&D to support business goals.
  • Establish project goals and priorities by working with management and various departments.
  • Responsible for using analysis to identify new ideas and strategies to be developed, as well as those that require improvement that will enhance the generation of revenue.
  • Responsible for research and market studies in various business areas of the bank, learning from, drawing on and transmitting experiences on business innovation.
  • Focusing on strategic tasks and priorities, compilation of proposals on innovative ideas and coordinating the linkage of technical lines of Head Office and Branch to carry out innovative R&D jointly.
  • Assist in promotion campaigns for innovative products and other activities.
