Nepal defeated Oman in the Asia Region under the ICC U-19 World Cup. In the game played at the Selangor Troy Club, Oman has been defeated by 150 runs. Oman winning the toss elected to field first. Oman, who bowled against Nepal's 230-run challenge, was able to score only 79 runs in the loss of all wickets in 44.1 overs. For Oman, only two players could touch the double digit score. Aman Preet Sirah and Jeel Tanna made 13 runs each. Oman's prominent Muzahir Raja, Azam Ali, Sanjay Rabindra & Jeel Tanna took 2-2 wickets.
