The London Club Chelsea played 1-1 goal in the first leg of the Europa League Football semifinals. Chelsea played a 1-1 goal with the German club Eintracht Frankfurt in the match on Thursday. In the 23rd minute, German club took the lead from Luca Jovitch's goal. Chelsea who started the game with Eden Hazard benched until the 45th minute, when Pedro bagged a goal for team Chelsea. A fine first-half equaliser by Pedro gives Chelsea a decent platform to build on at Stamford Bridge next Thursday with the away goal.
Frankfurt showed glimpses of class particularly in the first 45 minutes but in the end they struggled to live with the pace and power of Chelsea. With result in the last match , Chelsea become the club to play a consecutive 16th undefeated matches in Europa League Football. Chelsea has broken the record made by Atlantic Madrid in 2011 and 2012. Chelsea have scored the most goals (31) and had the most shots (217) in the Europa League this season.
